Wipe your box with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a barely damp cloth and dry immediately. Never submerge or expose to standing water.
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can cause uneven darkening. Keep boxes away from heat sources and humid areas like bathrooms. Stable temperature and humidity preserve the finish.
Once a year, apply a thin coat of food-safe Danish oil with a soft cloth. Let it penetrate for 15 minutes, then buff off the excess. This restores depth and protects the wood.
All walnut is sourced from certified sustainable American hardwood mills. We select each plank for grain character and structural integrity, rejecting anything below our standard.
Standard pieces ship in 4–6 weeks. Custom commissions require 12–16 weeks. Each piece is built to order — we never mass-produce or hold stock.
Every shipment is fully insured and packaged in custom-fit foam cradles. Domestic US shipping is complimentary on all orders over $500.
If your piece arrives damaged or doesn't meet expectations, contact us within 14 days. We'll repair, replace, or refund — no questions asked.
