Every piece is made to order. When you submit a commission request, we review the details and provide a formal quote within two to three working days. No work begins until you approve the quote and a 50% deposit is received. The balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping.
Standard pieces ship within 4–6 weeks. Custom commissions require 12–16 weeks. Lead times are estimates and may vary based on wood availability and the complexity of your design. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
Prices listed on this website are starting prices and may vary based on wood selection, dimensions, interior lining, personalization, and hardware. A final, binding quote is provided after we review your commission request. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
All shipments are fully insured and packaged in custom-fit protective cradles. Domestic US shipping is complimentary on orders over $500. International shipping is available at cost. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
If your piece arrives damaged or does not meet expectations, contact us within 14 days of receipt for a repair, replacement, or full refund. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, custom commissions are non-refundable once production has begun, but we guarantee all workmanship for the lifetime of the piece.
Every Cogdill Wood Products piece is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime. If a joint fails, a hinge loosens, or the finish degrades under normal use, we will repair or replace it at no cost. This guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or modification.
All designs, photography, and content on this website are the property of Cogdill Wood Products. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission. Custom designs created for your commission remain your personal property.
